Packer Street Hill Closed

Packer Street Hill between 7th and 8th Streets is closed effective immediately. There has been a multi-car accident which the PD is working right now. DPW is putting up barricades. Will reopen when conditions allow. We urge everyone to stay off streets and roads as much as possible. Driving conditions are extremely hazardous.
